Yin is the perfect complement to a strong vinyasa practice, consisting of floor postures with longer (3-5 minute) holds using focused breathwork and acupressure points to awaken the fascia (connective tissues) in your body. A more meditative practice where the challenge arises within stillness to dive deeply into your body, mind and heart.
