Connect More. Stress Less.

Designed for all levels, The 360 Emergence offers an embodiment journey of discovery, healing, and actualization.
Movement + Ceremony
Empowerment + Vision
Ritual + Rest
Our time on the dance floor will be fertile ground to be introduced to The 360 Emergence mapping for somatic discovery, exploration and a deepening of new and ancient modalities. We are here to open our physical lens of awareness somatically and energetically. We practice embodied congruence as a pathway home. The study will nourish, heal and educate.
Meet Your Facilitator
Sarah is the director of The Dallas Movement Collective, an organization that cultivates creative containers for the embodied exploration of the mind, body, and heart. As a teacher and practitioner of The 360 Emergence, she guides embodiment journeys where physical movement meets spirit-driven ritual.
Sarah is certified as a Hatha yoga teacher, SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) through the UC San Diego Medical School, as well as restorative circle practices.
In all elements of her work, she supports the remembrance of the individual’s wholeness, the community’s memory of interdependence, and the collective potential for flourishing.
What is The 360 Emergence?
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
We are evolutionary movement artists in service to the emergence of each person who shows up in our laboratories.
We curate sonic movement journeys and containers that weave the ever changing human into becoming accountable and fluid, leader-full and in-sight full.
We are heart activists animating our inside education of the ancient future.

Doors open at 7PM for check-in and warm-up.
Space is limited to 25 participants to support the intimacy of the container.
SCHEDULE
Join Jamie Anderson, Certified Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator, and Daniel Katsük, local musician, for an evening of yoga and live music that will begin with a cacao ceremony. Tap into the healing potential of opening the heart space through ceremony, movement, live music, and mantra.
Cacao is cocoa in its raw, less-processed form. Cacao grows from trees called Theobroma cacao. Ceremonial cacao is more than just a beverage, it’s a tool for inner exploration. Its rich nutrition contents open the heart and allow for deep emotional release and connection.
**Cacao will be prepared with non-dairy milk. Participation in drinking cacao is not required to attend.**
