8AM IS HERE!

Beginning June 3rd

 

We are thrilled to roll out our 8AM class time Monday-Friday beginning the first week of June! This means more opportunities to get your yoga in as our weekly class schedule expands to 23 classes per week.

Rhythm of the Heart

Saturday, June 15th, 2024
6-8PM

 

Take a journey into your sacred heart with a cacao ceremony, live music from Katsük, and a heart opening yoga flow led by Jamie.

Handstands

Saturday, June 22nd, 2024
2-4PM

 

If handstands are something you’re working toward starting or strengthening, you’ll want to join Angela Hall for this skills workshop. Topics will be dependent upon where you currently are in your handstand journey, but could include:

 

  • Finding your reliable exit strategy
  • Strength building drills
  • Alignment and longer holds
  • Identifying “hop-portunities” in a yoga class

 

Most importantly, you’ll get feedback that’s customized to where you currently are in your handstand and plenty of time to play! All you need is a yoga mat.
